So I got my half stone loss award tonight! I lost 6lb this week which I am extremely proud of and that gives me a grand total of 11lb weight loss in just 3 weeks! I only have 3lb to go and that will be a stone weight loss in just a month which is just fantastic. I can’t wait to see what my statistics are because that is fabulous for me! *pats self on back*

November 28th / ♥ 0 notesI’ve not posted on here for a week! But when I work 3pm - 11pm Tuesday - Sunday I find it hard to get onto the computer to document what I am eating. For the first week of my Slimming World, I was able to write down everything that I was putting to my lips. Now for the second week running, I still haven’t been able to write down what I’ve been eating. But this week I’m going to try my hardest to remember. According to my own scales at home, I’ve lost 5lb this week! That will be a 10lb weight loss in 2 weeks if the Slimming World scales can back this up. Then that will be another 4lb and I would have lost a stone in 3 weeks! That would be absolutely fantastic. Then it’s 3 weeks to lose another stone before Christmas! Then I will only need to lose 2 stone to hit target. I’m very excited :D
November 28th / ♥ 0 notesI unfortunately stayed the same weight this weekend which is an overall weight loss of -5lb! But still it’s better than a gain, so I ended up going to McDonalds for a Commiseration spicy veggie wrap meal, lol!
This week since starting work I haven’t been eating properly. I’ve been eating the right things, just lack of and not at the right time. I’d have breakfast about 12pm and not eat until quarter to 7 (a yoghurt and a banana for dinner) & then have something to eat as soon as I get in from work (around 11.30pm/12am) and it’s been the same all week. I was told that since I’ve been doing intensive work & eating less than what I did the last week when I’ve lost 5lb that I will plateau for a week and then it’ll be a weight loss the week after, so here’s hoping!
I’m getting up extra early tomorrow so I can fit in my breakfast, do my washing & manage to actually eat my dinner before I go to work, so then when I do have my break at work, I’ll have my tea and won’t be as hungry as soon as I get in from work & just go straight to bed. But if I am hungry, I will just have a Muller Light yoghurt!
My weight loss target for next week is 2lb, so I’m getting back on plan and hitting it 100%

I know it’s only been 6 days since I started work but walking on average 22 miles a day is doing my legs and my butt some good! I am enjoying this exercise. As well as doing Slimming World, I have free exercise at work too! Works out perfectly.
